We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for weekend events and peak travel seasons. For larger events such as destination weddings, corporate gatherings, or group travel, 4–8 weeks ahead is ideal. That said, we always try to accommodate last-minute requests when our schedule allows — don't hesitate to reach out even if your date is coming up soon!

Whether you're heading on a cruise, a destination vacation, or hosting an event across the country, we're ready to go where you go. Travel fees may apply depending on the location and duration of the trip, so contact us for a custom quote.

Every package includes a full photo session, professional editing, and delivery of your final images through a private online gallery. Our Standard package includes 50 digital images, Premium includes 100, and Platinum includes 250. All packages are available for both travel and event photography.
